Our History!
Patriot Property Services, LLC. is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business. We were formed in 2021 during the height of Covid-19 to help property owners and investors manage the overwhelming task of maintaining their properties. We donate a portion of every contract and service call back into the local veteran community. Our mission is to not only help our clients, but also help our local communities!
Randy Schenck, President
Randy founded the company in 2021 during the Covid pandemic. He has managed properties for 15 years in government, public, and private sectors. He has had the opportunity to manage millions of square feet of buildings all around the world.
In 2009, Randy received a Purple Heart during his tour to Afghanistan. He is a proud father of two young boys and spends his free time coaching youth baseball. He received his B.S. from Lewis University and his M.B.A. from The Kellogg School of Management (Northwestern University)
